Patient Education Days - London and Newcastle
Hello everyone,
I wanted to let you know that we have two Patient and Families Education Days coming up:
London - Friday 29th April 2016
Newcastle - Friday 20th May 2016
These days are designed with you in mind and offer an opportunity to learn more about advances in transplant, hear from health professionals about ways to take care of yourself and meet other patients and their families.
If you would like to attend either event we'd love to welcome you. Email us on patientinfo@anthonynolan.org to register your interest.
