LONDON PATIENT AND FAMILIES EDUCATION DAY
Hi everyone,
Welcome to all our new members!
I just wanted to let you know that our next patient and families education day is coming up next month in London.
The day offers a great opportunity to hear from health care professional and advisers to help you in your recovery - such as dieticians, physiotherapists and a transplant specialist nurse.
It's also a good chance to meet other patients and family members who understand the journey you are on.
Below is feedback we've received from previous days:
Just wanted to say thank you for a really good day on Friday. It was good to meet all the other patients and all you guys as well. It was interesting and informative and made you realise you are not alone, thanks again’
‘I attended the Patient and Family day earlier this month. It was a brilliant event which I found informative with excellent presentations. It was also good to network with fellow transplant recipients and their families.’
‘Thank you all for putting together such an informative, positive opportunity for us to engage with each other.’
‘Good to meet you and the team. It was an interesting day with plenty of useful info & contacts.’
