Patient and Family Education Day in Sheffield
Are you living in or near Sheffield? Want the opportunity to meet other people and swap notes & your experience on the transplant journey? You will have this opportunity at our education day in Sheffield that we will be running on Friday 25th January 2019!
On the day, we will have clinical speakers who can help you to understand better how you can manage your recovery after a transplant, such as fatigue and dietary management, and where you can get emotional and practical support.
This event aimed for pre and newly transplant recipients and their families but people who are in a later stage are welcome to come.
