GVHD - Ocular
Anybody out there suffering with ocular GVHD - I've found something that can bring temporary relief from eye-soreness and aching sockets. On Amazon you can purchase a gel filled eye-mask that you place in your fridge or freezer and once put on your face (Lone Ranger Style) it's incredibly soothing. I've bought two so I can pop one in the freezer while I'm wearing the other and then swap them over once the gel melts. Not that good for outside the home, but a great relief first thing or after bright sunlight. They also have eye-holes in so you can get on with whatever you need to be doing meantime.
